Airport Community Schools has adopted the SmartBoot System as its district safety and security protocol.

The LockOut Co. SmartBoot System is a school lockdown and building security system designed to protect students and staff, deter potential threats and assist law enforcement when a lockdown event occurs.

All Airport staff members are trained on the SmartBoot System. Airport students also receive age- and grade-level appropriate training on the system's functions and school lockdown procedures.
